| What characteristics do you use to select your breeding stock? | |
| Queens raised from our local apiaries in an isolated valley away from commercial beekeepers. Queens are selected based on surviving 1 winter, gentleness, and honey production. |

| Where is the source of your bees and what strain(s) are they? | |
| Most of the bees come from Russian queen breeders association queens or their descendants. We do have some hybrid carnolian and MN hygienic genetics floating around though I do not incorporate them into our main apiaries, they are survivors from previous queens. Also, many of the queens are local swarm cells or queens produced here locally. | |
| Where do the bees overwinter? | |
| On our Land in NW Nebraska or close by. They are not migratory. | |
| Do the bees spend the whole season in your home location? If not, where do they go and when, and for how long? | |
| They stay in our immediate area. mostly on our adjacent to our own lands | |

| No, we do not have one. Though annually we are inspected by certified naturally grown to comply with certification standards for our honey |

| I have max of 50 hives at any one time and I am continuing to learn to keep bees alive in my climate. I can supply a small number of Nucs or Queens when I am producing my own... when conditions are right. Anyone who wants to buy will need to put orders in ahead of time and expect to pay more than normal going rate for commercial queens and or nucs. |
